Spyware Scanners

Spyware scanners are used to help prevent some spyware from getting on your computer and cleaning it off if it does manage to get there.

I personally use 3 different Scanner/Blockers:

• The first one I recommend is called Spybot Search and Destroy. Spybot can be found at:

• The next is called Ad-Aware. Ad-Aware can be found at:

• The final one is made by Grisoft. It is called AVG Anti-spyware. You can try it at:

• Another handy little tool you might want to download is called SpywareBlaster. It will prevent unwanted installations of spyware.
